	I had to cancel my contract as although I opted to keep my ex-directory telephone number and was assured that I could the Post Office managed to mess it up and lost my number for good. Very annoyed. I was offered £30 compensation which meant absolutely nothing to me as keeping my number was essential. Wont be using them again.

	Declined my cashback, even though I've taken out the broadband and followed the protocol advised. First time using this site and it will be my last. Won't be referring. Shame as it appears everyone else got theirs fine, makes me question the validity of their reviews.

	Purchased PO broadband in June 18 but cashback not tracked. Lodged a complaint in July here and still waiting for PO to respond. Mind you the whole service from P.O. Broadband has been rubbish, poor connectivity, poor customer service and now this. Avoid.

	The broadband change over went through fine, but I had to wait over 6 months for the cash back. I wish I had just choosen the cheaper deal with them directly.

	It is as easy as it says, you join, find a website to suit you, buy your products, go back to home page, cash back will record your visit, and if monies is owed to you ,then you will pay you within 12/13 weeks will be played.
