Spent almost £200 with this retailer. Cashback didn't track. Have noticed this happening with other customers. Contacted top cashback customer services who sorted the problem out within a few weeks. Would use retailer again as they have some great offers and I like their website.

Over a year now, no cash back. No update - just nothing. No problem with the product or delivery, but it was only TCB that made them cheaper than a competitor. I would suggest avoiding this retailer if you want cash back.

"Could'nt care less attitude"
I recently placed a large order for butyl liner, underlay stone edging etc. - cost about £400. The order arrived within an acceptable period of time, with the omission of the underlay. This was amicably resolved. I then placed a small order (about £20) for a hosetail and an imitation heron. This again arrived within an acceptable period, albeit the wrong heron was received. On speaking to Pondkeeper I was told the heron was out of stock, although the website showed 73 in stock. I was offered a return, which I accepted and when I questioned about the £5 delivery charge I was told I would have to pay this as I had ordered something else. I did not agree as the error was not mine & the hosetail could have been sent by letter post. However, their attitude was very poor and on a 'couldn't care less' basis - I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This is not a way to do business and there are many more companies out there that do actually care about their customers.

I purchased the PondXpert Stone Liner to cover the sides of the pond. This product comes with no suggestions how to attach it properly to Bytul liner or any instructions at all. I called the company for any information and was shifted from one person to other. Then the manager told rudely to stop talking (never mind it's not the way to treat customer, but how can I state my problem to anyone by staying silent???)In the process I was told to use cold glue tape. That is strange because the tape will come off just when the cold weather sets in if the liner is not prepared with primer and bonding adhesive and then the tape! They clearly don't know anything of this. So, if you are purchasing this liner and would not like finding your fish and lots of dirt stuck behind it, spend 40-60 pounds more to finish the job correctly! My review is - staff and the manager him self could learn better manners to speak to the customers. Could have better skills and knowledge about the products they are selling. More information or instructions should be provided with products, ( customer relationship doesn't end at the point when it is fully paid). Fast delivery.
