Not too good. Took nearly 8 months before my cashback appeared.
Took nearly 8 months to receive the cashback and that was after several nudges on the Topcashback site. I'm starting to wonder if its worth it. Pretty disappointed.

0.85% cashback given instead of 8.5% cash back
I was given the existing customer cash back instead of the new customer cash back. This was the first time I used them and I won't be using them again after spending hundreds of pounds and then being cheated out of the cash back.

Great if they didn't keep disappearing!
Have had great service from Pet Drugs Online for years, but sometimes they do not show up on TopCashBack, either with a search or going via my favourites. This means I'm never sure what I will have to pay for my dog's regular medications. I would use them more if they were always available on TopCashBack.
