Ridiculous
Going into the 9 month of waiting for my cashback, wouldn't be surprised if they find a reason not to give it

6 months and still no cashback
Placed an order in June 2024.....it is now Dec 2024 and still no cashback from penhaligons. Started a missing cashback claim with topcashback and it is still awaiting the retailer 5 months on.

Bad
They immediately rejected the cashback with no valid reason. Awful customer service from them too, untrustworthy and very slow to rectify issues that shouldn't have occurred in the first place.
