	Cashback refused, push the blame somewhere else "Answer TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." While we know you visited this company through our link, sometimes websites or browsing activity before or during the purchase can prevent us from being seen to refer the purchase. It can also happen if a voucher code not displayed on our site was used or when cookies aren’t accepted on the brand’s website.

	Slow but can pay out You must make sure you don’t use a discount code not given by Topcashback. It took a very long time to process but with a claim being raised it was immediately sorted and cashback recieved. Positive experience this time.

	cashback £12 declined, but holiday was "no less than £99 " as per terms. cashback £12 declined, but holiday was "no less than £99 " as per terms on offer page .However VAT was deducted from £99 therefore tracking at £82.50. Nowhere on my invoice from Parkdean did VAT appear in the cost breaking down. just the total paid £99. This is very very misleading and Topcashback should make it very clear in the wording for this company.

	Don't honour cashback Ive used this app a few times to book parkdean and my cashback has been declined, they reuse to pay till after your holiday and if it's more than 180 days after you book and it declines you can't even report to admin. It's con dont bother.

	Quick tracking & Payout within 10 days Just seen the other reviews but my experience was completely different. 2 short breaks apr/may 2025, 2 payments received. Cash arrived 10 days after completing holiday. As long as you look at the ts and Cs as many Parkdean holidays also use vouchers but I didn't. Therefore I am happy to recommend Topcashback for Parkdean.

	Poor company on honoring Cashback, £20 owed, had to open a claim £20 owed never honored, has to open a claim then still refused it, made a complaint then TopCashback honored it instead and paid the £20 as A "Goodwill Gesture"...

	Parkdean cashback is lies They promise giant cashback but never pay up. Several holidays I’ve booked now and the cashback just gets automatically declined. They should just be honest and say they don’t do cashback.

	Special site link that increase the price The link from top cashback takes you to a site that increases the price of the holiday so the cashback is not as good as it seems this is such a scam beware!

	Two years running declined Followed all the T&Cs and for the second year running declined by the vendor. Don't use this as a tipping point to go for Parkdean over Havens etc...they never pay out

	Parkdean cancelled cashback Followed the link, complied with all t&c's but still didn't get the cashback, cancelled by Parkdean. I thought the bad comments were just spurious, but then it happened to me, don't bother being sucked in by Parkdean false promises.

	Top Cash Back came to the rescue! The cash back did initially track and payout at a 5th of the amount that it should. I put a ticket in. Then TCB came back within a day and topped it up and paid out instantly. Thank you.

	Declined cashback saying unauthorised promo code used, not true! Declined cashback saying unauthorised promo code used, this is simply not true, I have been using TCB for many years now and I know the rules. It's a scam, judging by the other reviews, Parkdean Resorts do this often. Beware!
