Booked and paid for a cruise in June 2018, should have got over £80 cashback. This did not track and I submitted a claim and so far it's been over 7 months and it's not resolved.

Do not book your holiday on the reliance of cashback. I followed all necessary steps e.g. Deleting history etc and cashback was declined due to an error in their network. Very poor service.

My previous review has vanished , but I would like to warn others that my cashback was declined ... no reason given so I have no idea why , but its very frustrating and annoying when you know you have played by the rules .

Tried to book a cruise via top cash back but failed sadly. There's a special offer on at the moment of free spending money or car parking. Wanted the money but the web site would only give an error message or free parking. Only way to complete the booking with the free spending money was over the phone so no cash back. :-(
