Good & bad when it comes to Only Oak Furniture.
Furniture and support throughout the purchase last October was awesome. So far so very good.
Transaction tracked and confirmed yet payment which was supposed to take 14 weeks went on and on. Almost 52 weeks later I spoke to TopCashBack support who sorted out the payment super quick. Why Only Oak Furniture never paid up is still a mystery after confirming the transaction and claim. I got the money thanks to TopCashBack, so it’s all good but a few stars deducted given time it took them to do nothing and having to get bailed out at the end after almost a year waiting. Top marks TopCashBack support, less so Only oak Furniture. As I said everything else was great, this final hurdle was just a little too much for them.
