	Makes me loose trust in TopCashback Having merchants like Ocado on TopCashback, where you clearly met the cashback criteria but receive nothing, even after raising this with customer support, makes me question why I even use TopCashback. I'm clearly not the only one from reading these reviews. Disappointing.

	Refused claim Ocado refused cash back claim. All rules followed. Looking at other reviews, it seems a common theme with them. Of the orders we have placed over the past few months, delivery has been very good. Substitutes have been ok. However, missing (charged for) or damaged items has occurred on several orders.

	No intention of paying cashback AVOID!!! 1st time customer to Ocado used the offer on here for your 1st 5 shops and NEVER received my cashback. I opened a claim and Ocado refused and said I hadn't bought the correct items, what a load of rubbish!!! It was a food, household general shop consisting of all sorts over £100 spent. I've never come across such a diabolical company who fraudulently offer cashback with no intention of fulfilling. PLEASE AVOID, SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TOPCASHBACK!

	Great quality but... The food, usually, is great, fresh and being able to buy from M&S is a real bonus. However, the way food is packed for delivery is a real let down - frequently eggs arrive cracked and yogurt pots split. In this last order the container/packaging holding raw chicken was cracked and broken. This is a real minus and is starting to affect our wanting to place orders.

	Order never tracks Order never tracks, so you are forced to submit it manually, which then gets rejected due to some made-up reason that doesn't exist. TopCashback need to vet their partners better. Clearly, Ocado's low rating shows there is a problem here.

	Just a con to get you to use them They don't pay out. They even have it show on your account and then take it away 1-2 month later so you dont end up saving anuthing with them. Some of the other places do though so try them and save some money ??

	The cash back is tracked but not paid Cash back was tracked with every purchase but when is time to be paid is declined by retailer without any reason. Upsetting

	Avoid Ocado for cashback Everything was tracked perfectly until all of a sudden all the deals were declined without a reason, including the first purchase which I only started because of the ad on TCB. I had to login manually the claims and started the endless waiting. Luckily TCB is a decent company helping dealing with the hassle. I have cancelled my membership with Ocado and would never go back.

	declined voucher VOU5322770 used this voucher code on a shop that was £260, they declined my voucher and said its only for first customer use. Where does it say that on the voucher code area? it doesnt, they should honour what they advertise. Why have topcashback still got this on there even after all these reviews?
