	Like getting blood from a stone I have a Nike account and purchase fairly often but they hardly ever pay up for cashback. Maybe 25% of my purchases track or go to payable. The rest I’m forever posting to customer services to chase because it’s not even logged my transactions

	Ok I have 50/50 good/bad experience. Very annoying not to get cashback when ordering numerous trainers and sizes, and returning some pairs, keep soke pairs. T/c Nike doesn't payout cashback on scenero above! ????

	POINTLESS They offer 20% cashback and then just reject saying "They didn't believe Top Cashback was the reason I bought the product so cant pay any commission". What is the actual point in offering when that's the crap they can come out with. Just returned the product!!

	Just (don't) do it Second Christmas in a row where I've got a great Black Friday deal on Nike, and then a week later have rec'd an email to say they couldn't fulfil order (even though still showing as in-stock). Not a TCB issue to be fair, but either way Nike and me are done!

	Untrustworthy payer Nike have refused cashback claims on my account several times without any reason given. When I have appealed I have got paid, but I've come to expect every claim to get knocked back without reason. Not sure why they do this, or if they just treat some customers worse than others? They used to be very reliable a few years ago, they're the only merchant on TCB that I would never use now.
