Didn't track for purchase made in mid December. I deleted all previous Cookies for their website before clicking on Cashback button on this site.
Disappointing as they offer a good percentage of Cashback.

Has a tracking facility on their website, sounds good, as my order hadn't arrived after 3 days thought I'd give it a go, you cant track the parcel only says its been sent - this isn't tracking!

The only thing that has let New Look down is the paying out. I was given a date for the cash back and that has past (end of Nov), but apart from that 9/10
