Morrisons Groceries Reviews

TopCashback members who have provided us with reviews having ordered groceries from Morrisons seem very pleased with the prompt delivery service provided. “Of all supermarket deliveries, I have found Morrisons the cleanest and always on time” is just one of the comments which have resulted in them receiving an overall four-star rating on our site, while one member mentions a driver who was running ahead of schedule and called them to ask if it would be okay to arrive early.

The good prices and great bargains offered are also highlighted, while one member sums up their experience by saying: “Their website works well, their deliveries are on time and their drivers are courteous and helpful.” Some members do say that their cashback either did not track or was initially declined, but that these issues were quickly resolved.

Comments such as “always striving for the best customer service and getting it right for the customer” have helped them achieve a three-star Truspilot rating. Morrisons are commended for being especially good if you have dietary requirements and having drivers who go the extra mile, while one person who has left a positive review describes them as “by far the best online grocery delivery service”.

Persevere
Morrisons cash back rarely tracks itself from a purchase, which is very frustrating, as you then have to start a missing cashback claim, enter the receipt details and wait patiently for the cashback to be added to your account. It is eventually added, but it’s just an extra layer of effort from the customers point of view, which they shouldn’t have to do. Also, even after making a missing cashback claim, very often the cashback amount is less than it should be, not a massive difference, but it adds up over time.

I've used top cash back with Morrisons for years, but this £2 rate is awful. I'll look to use a different shop in future.

Not great
I have to chase every week, never used to be like that but for about the last 7 months or so it doesn't automatically appear, so have to raise a case which is a bit frustrating

1) Never tracks 2) Reduced cashback
Used to be worth doing a year or two ago. For the last few months Morrisons has stopped tracking. You always have to submit a missing cashback claim. It is barely worth the trouble now that the rate has been reduced to a pathetic 0.8%.

Almost never tracks and takes months to become payable
I joined up here because I do a lot of shopping online at this retailer but I have usually - almost always in fact - needed to make a manual claim for missing cashback. Not easy or quick and choosing the date for order is difficult as there might be multiple clickthroughs to amend orders and also as the date of placing the order online is not the payment or delivery date. Very confusing and very nearly not worth all the effort needed to claim, and the very long wait for payment seems out of line with other retailers. Needs a lot of patience!

No cash back shows automatically
No cash back automatically shows in earnings. Have to submit a claim a couple of days after delivery then it takes weeks to be submitted and approved. Didn’t used to be this inconvenient especially having to remember to submit it or loose it.

Cashback issues
For over a year now i have had to claim cashback every week as it never appears in my earnings (never use to happen) I have also just noticed that although i spend between £150 and £200 most weeks, the last 2 transactions that are showing, they are only paying cashback on approximately a £60 spend for each, give or take a couple of pounds, which is incorrect. Never seems to be anywhere you can contact for this.
