Tracked next day. £35.35 for taking out a pet insurance plan that's nearly £5 a month cheaper than my existing policy's renewal premium is a great deal too.

Even if this tracks, it does not pay cashback in anywhere remotely near the time the TopCashback says. Don't bother with this!

Have just received the following from TCB peep - hopefully we'll all see payment shortly!
"We have been having very significant delays with this merchants payments, but we are hopefully that these will be resolved for members in the next few weeks.
We understand the frustration that members have been experiencing and we have been trying very hard to ensure that the delays were kept to a minimum, but we have not been successful in your case.
We are very sorry that you have been affected by this issue.
Please could you allow a further 6 weeks to allow us to obtain your cashback"

reliable tracking, for me, on 6 purchases of car,travel and home. i just wish the payout timescales quoted by the casback sites were represetative of the true time it takes mth>n to pay. this would lower the anxiety level for everyone. I have been pleased with the premiums charged for my policies and always use comparison sites first to get the best priced deal, clear cookies and then buy via tcb/another cashback site

Be warned: Don't bother with MoreThan for your insurances based on their cash back promise because you will never receive anything. I've given up waiting 2 yrs now for my promised £75 cashback from them. It's just a synical ploy to get you to buy from them.
I shall never use them again for any type of insurance

8 Months Later still waiting on Cashback. Which was the main reason for going with this company.
Other than this transaction other cashback deals with other companies have generally been successful.
I would avoid MoreTh>n if your main interest is in the CashBack. Have not had to use Insurance so cannot comment on service.
Very Disappointed do not recommend.

Bought home insurance from More Than largely based on their appearance here on TCB. Still no pay out 6 months later, and they remain on the site as a cash back provider. Terrible from More Than, disappointing that TCB keep them as a merchant after all the negative feedback. Certainly won't be using More Than again.

First Cashback paid out eventually 6 weeks late but felt grateful to have received it at all. Now waiting for 2nd £35 which is already 5 weeks late. I only purchased on the basis of the cashback as the policy was more expensive than others. Wont be renewing! And TCB should act on customers concerns please

Unfortunately too late to cancel my policy, but I will not be renewing or dealing with MoreThan again - and I've advised all friends and family on TopCashback to avoid MoreThan. I should have taken note of others' cashback experiences but took the optimist's view and thought maybe this company was being given a rough deal. After all, some members received their cashback, even if it took a long time.
Shame on you MoreThan. You've not only ruined your own reputation but other insurers will be treated with the same suspicion.

Took out 2 policies within a month with More Th>n. One was slow to track but paid out after 5 months. The other has yet to be acknowledge nearly 9 months later. In both cases they offered the best policy for me or I wouldn't have used them, but I certainly won't feel any company loyalty when it comes to renewal time.

Took out Pet insurance in April 2010. Failed to track, still waiting 10 months on to recieve £40 cashback. Keep getting told by TCB "Sorry for the wait, we are dealing with it." But still nothing, only took out the policy because of cashback, so won't be bothering next month when I come to renew.
