No problem tracking and paid very quickly. Goods themselves were okay - 1 of the items was damaged and it took a while to get a response from the customer services team. Once they replied it was sorted without hassle but deducted a star for the slow response time.

cashback tracked and paid out promptly. moonpig took a few days to deliver so bear in mind if you want next day delivery. took 3 - 4 days for mine to arrive. bit expensive but worth it for something personal.
