	Placed an order with these clowns and although they promise next day delivery it is now two days since placing the order and at the time of writing this review still no sign of the phone? Tried calling their customer service department and because they are owned by Carphone warehouse the usual poor service remains as expected...kept on hold for over half an hour and still no answer....Will not be using this merchant or any other cpw site! Proceed with caution!

	Wow! Incredibly good value and no catches at all! Have now ordered 3 phones from here - 2 x PAYG and 1 contract and all have been excellent value for moneyand given great cashback. Highly recommended.

	I have bought several ultra-cheap, unlocked, payg mobiles from mobiles.co.uk. Most of the transactions have gone through without a hitch, with the cashback being paid quickly. This time however, there was a hiccup with the mandatory topup being credited to the account. Once alerted (after an 8 day wait and see if anything happens cooling off period) mobiles.co.uk acted quickly and decisively to send out a cheque for the missing topup. Would recommend them to anyone, delivery usually takes about 3 days.

	My order was processed and delivered promptly, but customer service is non existant, they don't reply to any e-mails shortly, as promised' and it's impossible to get through on the phone, unless you have all day to hang on.

	Tracked overnight - Great Cahback value too ! ONly problem is they promised me next day delivery but then got an e-mail same night saying they cannot deliver it next day. Its the end of the 2nd day and it still hasn't been delivered - I am hoping they will deliver by tomorrow. NOTE: I tried reaching their customer care but no one answered the phone after it kept ringing for about 4-5 minutes.

	I had to submit a manual claim when the cashback for my payg mobile failed to track, but once the amount appeared, it rattled through to payable in less than a month. I have used this merchant again since and it tracked very quickly. I would recommend this retailer as they have Nokia mobiles from just £0.90, plus a £10 topup. Delivery is quick and free and cashback is reliable.
