	hello folks. just purchased monthly contract with handset on mobiles.co.uk via TCB. its tracked, but showing as £0.00. is this usual? if/when is this uplifted to £30 as advertised cashback for contract purchase?

	Purchase made feb 2011 but 4 months later still no sign of cashback despite several nudges. Similar experience last year from same retailer. Avoid!

	Purchased new contract mobile in Dec 2010 and still no cashback despite several nudges to TopCashBack. Very disappointed. Would stay well clear of this site!

	another cashback site is offering £50 for mobiles.co.uk contracts but topcashback is only offering £40 which is a shame as I would rather use topcashback, increase it and I would rather use you than another cashback site

	Previously, to get cashback for a contract phone with this retailer, you had to click through the link "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones". This link in question ("Mobiles.co.uk") was for cashback for PAYG phones, which generally attracted positive reviews, whilst the link for contract phones (" "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones") generally attracted negative reviews as the cashback process was certainly more hit or miss. It's funny how TCB have decided to combine both links, leaving out the negative comments from "Mobiles.co.uk - Contract Phones", whilst keeping the overwhelmingly positive comments from the PAYG side of things. I wonder why?

	Tracked overnight - Great Cahback value too ! ONly problem is they promised me next day delivery but then got an e-mail same night saying they cannot deliver it next day. Its the end of the 2nd day and it still hasn't been delivered - I am hoping they will deliver by tomorrow. NOTE: I tried reaching their customer care but no one answered the phone after it kept ringing for about 4-5 minutes.

	Be warned do not expect cash back they use excuses to get out of paying cashback hence why the offer looks so lucurstive!! Top cash back are not prepared to tackle them on none payment of cash back !

	I would NOT trust this site, I bought a Phone from this site, payg, and they didnt have it in stock at the time, but it didnt say they didnt have it in stock, and its been almost 5 to 6 months and I havent heard from them, yes they do have my BANK ACCOUNT details, and NO they didnt take any money, but my point is, they have my Bank details and it doesnt take upto 6 months for a Phone to come back in stock. I did get an Email stating if I wanted to Purchase another Phone of the same Value, Why would I want to do that???I wanted the Phone I purchased, If they didnt have it in stock or if the Offer was no longer valid I should have been notified before I made the Purchase and gave all my Bank details, so beware of these scammers. Needless to say I do get Emails from this scam site if I wanna purchase phones from them. Maybe thats why they got my details, so they can send me spam Emails.
