	Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This lot are con merchants, claim to pay high cashback but never pay it!!! purchased iphone over 1 yr ago, all tracked normally but nothing paid, claimed for months and then no cashback with no reason, others seem to have a similar problem, so not just me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

	Got a contract through them, put in a missing claim, Now 7 months after getting my phone they decide that I aint getting any cash back! AVOID at all costs!! Seems a good deal but other sites are just as good!

	I bought this phone 06/03/10... As far as I remember, the phone arrived quickly, however, I am STILL trying to get £50 cashback from them. I opened a claim on 17/03/10 & all I keep getting from Top Cashback is "waiting for merchant" - I would not recommend this merchant at all with regards to their cash back handling. I don't even own this phone any more, that's how long I've been waiting! :(

	6 weeks after contract order, two weeks after enquiry submitted, still no tracking of the £40 promised. In three weeks (the period by which it should have tracked), I will write to Mobiles.co.uk, and then if haven't had satisfaction, I will either go to small claims court, or https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk the online small claims court for money claims. They cannot simply say "they did not mean it", when offering £40 for a contract purchase. It reminds me of the classic contract law case "re Carbolic Smoke Ball company". £40 is not peanuts.

	CAUTION: mobiles decided to pay my cashback to another party even though i had purchased through the topcashback site. If you shop around before buying and use comparison websites make sure you delete 'cookies' before linking through topcashback, this may prevent others claiming a commision.

	NOT impressed so far with this company's communications ! Did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase. Could not log into my account to track orders as their system did not send me password reminders/reset (and I did check my spam box). Phoned the company 12 times this morning ! - even trying different departments each time was cut off dead. Sooooo frustrated ! A joke these people are in the communications business at all !

	Placed an order with these clowns and although they promise next day delivery it is now two days since placing the order and at the time of writing this review still no sign of the phone? Tried calling their customer service department and because they are owned by Carphone warehouse the usual poor service remains as expected...kept on hold for over half an hour and still no answer....Will not be using this merchant or any other cpw site! Proceed with caution!

	Purchased in June .cash back never track, merchant didn't ativate puck code,many telephone calls and visits to carphone warehouse to sort out. despite raising a claim and 3 nudges later, i still have not had a response from topcashback or mobiles.co.uk. would avoid at all costs.

	Found best deal for me through a bill monitoring site was via mobiles.co.uk. Came to topcashback to see if I could save any more, guess what? If you go through topcashback deal not available. I think that mobiles.co.uk are missing the point that the idea of topcashback is to generate extra business for them not to offer customers worse deals.

	Signed up for a new phone on two year contract in October last year and still waiting for the cashback despite lodging a missing cashback claim on November and giving the claim a nedge. Very disappointing all in all.

	Cash-back logged, but showed up as £0.00 on my topcashback account, sent enquiry but haven't heard anything back :( Mobiles.co.uk is still a good deal, but don't rely on getting the cash-back....

	Up until a year ago I'd used this merchant extensively without any particular problems. HOWEVER, I've now been waiting over a year for the cashback on one contract (enquiries seem to have got no-where despite regular nudges. Then this month a transaction tracked but has just gone to payable at "0". Meanwhile I have ordered another contract on the basis that they do pay as promised; it tracked like lightening BUT I am now seriously considering sending it back as soon as it arrives because i no longer trust this merchant on here.
