The purchase went smoothly, however cashback did not track and after making missing cashback claim it was declined. As always excuses such as network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer for your transaction. I think topcashback is going down the hill, not the first time.

An absolutely awful cashback experience. Cashback declined despite being rapidly tracked. Similar to other negative reviews here, apparently some one else was credited for the referral. How that is possible after using a fully cleared cache and cookie browser, I dont know. CS dont really care and dont and will not help. Adamant that they cannot help. So essentially I am £42 down. I wouldnt recommend using this retailer as this seems to be a recurrent theme, see other recent feedback below.

Declined due to 'security' reasons, after nearly 3 weeks waiting, but for my security can't tell me why. It was one of the Black Friday deals they probably put out to stop me buying somebody else's legitimate deal.

Order was from MobilePhonesDirect's Pay Monthly Deals page, and tracked correctly, but MobilePhonesDirect later refused cashback, claiming untruely that the deal was from their sale.

Beware of rejected cashback claims - Phone deal was very good - the cashback didnt track so put in a claim which they rejected twice - also they dont reply to emails or calls about when chasing them for the fee gift that was meant to be sent with the phone which was over three months ago

Did not track my cashback, then when they processed my claim they said that my referral to them didn't come from Topcashback (according to the correspondence I've received from Topcashback, not the company themselves), this is absolutely not true. In my eyes, this was just an excuse to not pay the cashback. The experience and outcome have soured my view of this whole concept and of the parties involved.

Cashback didn't track and after a lengthy investigation they are not paying and all they say is this is because “Order completed through Sale''s page”. What is that supposed to mean, Avoid if you want cashback

Got a new contract phone through mobile phones direct with the cash back offer. The cash back was pending for several weeks then disappeared. I have put in a form to claim it again and I just got a message back today saying it's been declined. Only reason I went through mobile phones direct was for the cash back. Won't be using them again and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone

Ordered a phone contract on 11th March through TCB. Received phone on 24th March. However the cashback is declined. File a claim. Claim is rejected with reason “Order Completed Through Sales Page”. Be aware!
