	Refused cashback, stating T&C not met, i havnt used a promo code or gift card, the items were not on offer or limited/exclusive, which leaves trade orders and this is not a trade account but personal delivering to my works address due to the high value price. 6x Macallan 12yr. this is the second time they have refused cashback, i would request they be removed from your list of merchant.

	didnt get my cashback, so had to email chasing a few times till it finally arrived months later. I have another 2 claims still pending (months overdue again) so am a little fed up with MoM, so i've switched to lock fyne and hopefully they will be better

	Good product, but no cashback. Lodged complaint, over 3 months passed and no cashback. Do not use if you expect cashback, but other than cashback issues, service/delivery was good.
