This company are a sham! Claim I owe them money for goods I neither ordered nor received. I am now in a long-running battle with them to leave me alone as they originally told me it was a computer error and yet they're now threatening me with bailiffs. They aren't interested that I didn't order anything, they just want my money.
Absolute charlatans and conmen - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very poor cash back experience. Took 19 months to finally get a response for my missing cashback. Marshall ward are saying that they cannot locate my order! yeah right! what you expect after 19 months. They dont even send you an invoice for buying an item by email. They still owe me £39 in cash back. When it comes to taking money for the purchase it comes out straight away, but when i want my cash back, they make excuses. Im going to make sure i get my cashback or else im taking this further. absolute disgrace. The same things happened to 2 of my other friends aswell. Avoid at all costs. They dont like giving cash back, greedy people.

Placed an order which tracked and was confirmed quickly, but as the goods were faulty we had to send it back twice before a good one was received, eventually the cashback went to declined as they said order had been cancelled - which it hadnt been!! Ive been nudging/chasing for a year now and still no response, so be careful if you have to return goods its unlikely youll get any cashback.

The value I was due to receive has gone down I can only assume it is due to some items being returned, it has took a long time for the actual amount to be confirmed and move to the payable stage but all in all, something is better than nothing.

bought a fridge freezer in Dec09,after several nudges,I still haven't received any cash back,I think its safe to say that I'm never going to see any cash from this Merchant(although after contacting them by email,they told me it wasn,t their end that has the problem,but the third party.!)So what shall I make of that????
