Useless, Avoid!!!
Just like everyone else , had my cashback refused, used unauthorised voucher apparently, the one that they applied automatically at checkout as it was a multibuy, void this seller!!!!!

Terrible customer service - Save yourself the hassle!
Terrible customer service 5 week old TV won't refund or replace, taken away by a repair company who noted it may not be repairable (now without a TV for upto 2 weeks)? - Please read the reviews on Google profile before purchasing from this company.

Won't be using Marks again
£900 order and cashback declined for no reason. I have had no issues before using this company, purchased nearly 3K of goods in past 2 years, but will not be using again after this. Seems alot of people are being declined for cashback. Maybe should be removed from site.

TCB, why are you still promoting
There is no option to mark at zero for overall cashback experience for this fraudster.
Bought via TCB and expected cashback as indicate for this merchant. However this merchant is taking us for fools by dangling a "carrot cashback" for expensive goods. Once we buy, the expected "modus operandi" comes into play (based on the previous poor victims of this con merchant), which is "what cashback" ???
Why is TCB promoting this "Del Boy Trotter" of electric goods on the market street's of TCB ????

Try to purchase from someone else
After reading reviews I ensured alllll the cookies and everything were activated for this retailer, still didn't appear on my earnings and it's been 3 months. OH wanted a TV NOW, so bought from them. Will not purchase from them again. Too much competition to deal with a company who are using Topcashback as marketing, to make sales, and give nothing in return. Avoid!

Like many of the others reviewers on here, Marks declined my cashback claim for a £900 purchase. Do not rely on this company for cashback. They should be removed from the cashback sites. If i could leave no stars that would have been better. Utter scam

Declined Cashback On Validated £2000 TV
Bought a TV from these guys judging by the feed back I wasn't expecting them to pay the cashback. I wasn't disappointed, they declined it with no reason given. If you can find the item elsewhere buy from them not Marks Electrical who should not be on Topcashback.

I would never return to a vendor who promotes themselves on a cashback platform but rejects claims after purchase. A very cynical strategy that makes you wonder what other underhand behaviour they would engage in to avoid their responsibilities.

Top cash back should remove them from the site
I have placed 3 orders over the years ranging from a vacuum cleaner to fridge freezer and freezer, cooker and dishwasher so over £3,000 and every order was declined without any reason, so won’t be using them again, unfortunately couldn’t award zero star’s, perhaps top cash back could change the scoring system to allow zero stars

OVER £2000 spent and NO CASHBACK
I spent over £2000 with this retailer and no cashback! Stay away as all the reviews say. What a waste of money and now all my items are delivered, they are giving excuses and lying. If i would have known in advance they are extremely poor at giving cashback, i wouldn't have even bothered ordering from them.
