After buying £800+ items, the cashback was not recorded. One of the items was faulty after their installation service, and it has been 14 days without a solution. Stay away...

No cashback and don't provide the offers advertised
Marks electrical declined cashback claims simply stating "Terms and conditions not met" at the time of purchase there was an offer for free delivery, unpacking and removal of old item, despite but this wouldn't add to the order. They ignored messages to customer services and despite evidence of receipt to viable inbox then claimed it went to incorrect email address...

Does not honour valid purchases
Originally my order tracked and I was on track to receive my cashback. However they suddenly cancelled the cashback without any valid reason. Greedy, won't be buying from them again. The installers were also rubbish and couldn't get a simple washing machine to work.

A Terrible Company to deal with, not worthy of ONE STAR
A Terrible Company to deal with, not worthy of ONE STAR I ordered a Fridgemaster Freezer from Marks Electrical Ltd on 19th February. I was told this item would be delivered the following day between certain hours. I asked if I could receive a phone call half an hour before its intended arrival. This was duly confirmed as I lived a few doors down from the delivery address. I received no phone call but a call from my tenant to say the item had been delivered. I went around the property and my tenant had just removed the outside cardboard sleeve, this item was not boxed and minimum packaging. We noted that the bottom drawer had two large cracks in the plastic. The same day I emailed Marks Electrical and they replied three days later saying they were happy to replace the drawer. I said to my tenant that a new one was on the way and I said don’t plug the item in until the gas had settled. My tenant left Bournemouth to see her mother who had Covid and returned a few days later. I had a call from her to say the door was damaged and the door would not seal, my agent went around and confirmed that the bottom of the door actually was badly damaged on the doors hinge and took a photo, this would obviously why the drawer was cracked, this freezer had been dropped on the corner (Maybe that’s why they didn’t call me on delivery day ) I sent the photograph to Marks Electrical, they said that ‘I had damaged the Door’ and would not replace the freezer. This is a terrible company and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, I am a seventy-three-year-old pensioner who suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is an appalling way to treat your customer
