	No cashback given Very disappointed with this merchant, I was due just over £10 cashback but they refused to pay out despite the fact that I followed all the correct procedures. Its not fair when these retailers do this.

	No cashback given Chose this retailer over others because of the cash back element. Despite completing the purchase of a new range cooker, the cash back was declines. No reason given.

	Refused to pay out The cashback didn't go through, I put in a claim and they rejected it for no reason. Scam and awful company. The delivery didn't go very well either.

	A Terrible Company to deal with, not worthy of ONE STAR A Terrible Company to deal with, not worthy of ONE STAR I ordered a Fridgemaster Freezer from Marks Electrical Ltd on 19th February. I was told this item would be delivered the following day between certain hours. I asked if I could receive a phone call half an hour before its intended arrival. This was duly confirmed as I lived a few doors down from the delivery address. I received no phone call but a call from my tenant to say the item had been delivered. I went around the property and my tenant had just removed the outside cardboard sleeve, this item was not boxed and minimum packaging. We noted that the bottom drawer had two large cracks in the plastic. The same day I emailed Marks Electrical and they replied three days later saying they were happy to replace the drawer. I said to my tenant that a new one was on the way and I said don’t plug the item in until the gas had settled. My tenant left Bournemouth to see her mother who had Covid and returned a few days later. I had a call from her to say the door was damaged and the door would not seal, my agent went around and confirmed that the bottom of the door actually was badly damaged on the doors hinge and took a photo, this would obviously why the drawer was cracked, this freezer had been dropped on the corner (Maybe that’s why they didn’t call me on delivery day ) I sent the photograph to Marks Electrical, they said that ‘I had damaged the Door’ and would not replace the freezer. This is a terrible company and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, I am a seventy-three-year-old pensioner who suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is an appalling way to treat your customer

	NO CASHBACK PAID I purchase an expensive television from Marks Electrical but now learn that I am receiving nil cashback. No reason given to me , it just seems a scam to advertise their cashback and then pay zero.

	Declined cashback Bought a £500 dishwasher expecting cashback. 6 months after purchase the cashback was declined and I am yet to understand why?!? I should have bought via another cashback method or via another seller, would not buy again.

	ABSOLUTE CHEATS Marks Electircal doing everything they can to avoid any payout. They have made false claims to Tops Cashback, firstly saying it was ex display. When I first heard this I was shocked and so angry in case I got cheated by being sold a full priced item pretending to be new but is ex display. When I provided proof and got confirmation from Marks (they got worried as to why I wanted to return it, as I said i was told it was exdisplay they said it was false it was brand new unopened). Then they told Tops that a voucher code was used, I sent them my invoice of no such discount/voucher. Now they are saying it is an agency item. They have gone to lengths now to update their website saying it’s agency (but before it was not) and the date of the update is during the claim date! Tops seem to be in on it, as they have not even questioned how the vendor can keep changing their excuses and falsifying so many Customer claims. Do not buy from Marks or via Tops. I have other cash back sites that would not allow such cheating like this or for this long. Nightmare experience, never again with either company!

	Scam Bought an oven from them and cashback was rejected for no reason. Didn't use any code or voucher, in fact I'd never heard of this company until their link poped up on this website. Their price was exactly the same as other retailers'. Will not use this company ever again!!! Topcashback should remove this company.

	would never use these again use every trick in the book to avoid paying you the cashback was awarded as a gesture of goodwill by top cash back .will not use them again. also just purchased a dryer had to shop at currys
