I purchased approx £100 of wine, on the 7% new customer deal at the end of April, and despite it being a "faster payment" merchant, it still hasn't moved to confirmed let alone Payable by mid-August. In addition, at least 2 payments have been received from the Majestic Wine in the intervening months according to TCB's own data. Messages to TCB get a standard, "we can't do anything" response.

Contacted by retailer the day after I placed the order. Items arrived as agreed and cashback showed pending before the delivery was made. Hopefully, the cashback will become payable as smoothly as the rest of the experience. Up to now would definately recommend
