Had to file a missing cashback claim, eventually it was marked pending, then declined for no reason. If anyone considers switching to Lumo based upon Cashback rates then don't bother.

Cashback refused with no explanation, switched with no issues, only switched to this supplier because of the "competitive" cashback rates that were and are still available.. Forced to give 1 star.

Cashback still pending since March 2018. Switched completed in April. T&Cs state the cashback normally is confirmed within 1 month and paid normally in 120 days. well I doubt this is the case.

Moved my gas and electric after using these via TCB. They advised installing their app to track the progress. That doesn't work so don't bother. The Cashback? Four months on and the £51 they owe has never even appeared so currently in the middle of a Customer Care claim. Avoid.

Switch ran smoothly unfortunately the cash back did not. After 12 months of waiting for the cash back they declined it and I am unable to find out the exact reason why. Will definitely not use these again. Rating would be zero stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

Rubbish service provided by liars and idiots. Together Energy moved a neighbor by mistake, then only the electricity, still waiting for the gas to move after nine months. They direct debit for both, 3 times in December! Speak with customer service overflow after 25 minutes on hold and they cannot access your account and promise an urgent call back within 8 hours over a week ago. Avoid

Worse experience ever to switch through this app. I made a switch request to Scottish power via Lumo and request got cancelledafter 15 days. Called SP to know the reason as Lumo website says to contact the supplier directly. The SP agent confirmed that they never received the request. Wasted 15 days. Should have been zero star ratings.....

another welching company, actually sent me an email confirming my switch through them and topcashback and then decides to send another saying it's not valid. Lumo seems to have 3 names, Lumo, UK Power.co.Uk, and Energy Scanner. Try doing it through someone else.

Cannot do a price comparison because cannot enter my GB Energy Supply tariff, Lumo message says there are no active tariffs (July 2017), there is, but it's now owned by Co-op Energy.
