Switch ran smoothly unfortunately the cash back did not. After 12 months of waiting for the cash back they declined it and I am unable to find out the exact reason why. Will definitely not use these again. Rating would be zero stars but unfortunately that's not possible.

Having dealt with lumo on 5 different occasions switching energy companies, I have no hesitation in reccomending them. cashback was paid on time and in full every time.

The idea of a whole market comparison plus their own tariff sounds good. However when I tried, they said that I was currently spending £231 a month. I'm actually spending £105. It seems they assume you'll go on to your supplier's standard tariff when your fix ends (like other comparison sites). It's a questionable assumption at best. I tried to rerun it but the site's now not working.sounds

Rubbish service provided by liars and idiots. Together Energy moved a neighbor by mistake, then only the electricity, still waiting for the gas to move after nine months. They direct debit for both, 3 times in December! Speak with customer service overflow after 25 minutes on hold and they cannot access your account and promise an urgent call back within 8 hours over a week ago. Avoid
