Easy site to use and CashBack tracked well. Energy swich went well and although it took about 20 weeks for money to reach my TCB balance ..it's there now, and well worth the wait!

The idea of a whole market comparison plus their own tariff sounds good. However when I tried, they said that I was currently spending £231 a month. I'm actually spending £105. It seems they assume you'll go on to your supplier's standard tariff when your fix ends (like other comparison sites). It's a questionable assumption at best. I tried to rerun it but the site's now not working.sounds

Energy switch and saving was good but payout was very slow - was confirmed in 3 months which was expected BUT took another 2 months to reach payout!!

Very poor. Switched in Jan 2018 now Aug 2019. I've been very patient and sent messages and nudges to TCB with no change in the status, they just tell me to wait, I've been on TCB for years so know how to make sure I get cashback so must be with Lumo. Disappointed with Lumo and TCB
