	They don't pay cashback Our holiday was fine but they won't pay the cashback. It never tracked, TCB wouldn't allow a claim for months, and when they finally submitted one, LH said our reference number didn't match up. TCB won't pursue it, so LoveHolidays are going to get away with it. TCB should stop dealing with LoveHolidays - the reviews speak for themselves.

	Cashback sitting at confirmed for months. Booked through Loveholidays because of the cashback offer. The holiday was in August. Cashback sitting at confirmed for months. I feel like they offer a high amount to get you to book. Then don't bother to pay out. TopCashBack should be on the case with this and do better. It's their website.

	Cashback denied for a £5000 holiday. This company seem to have consistent bad reviews and I agree with them. Manual claim raised and although TCB confirmed they saw the transaction it appears they are at the mercy of LoveHolidays who denied it.... Personally I'd like to see companies fully removed from TCB by TCB when they have manage to achieve a only 1star rating which is still too much to award this outfit.

	Still Waiting for cashback to become Payable I am still waiting for my cashback to become Payable. The holiday was taken in April 25 and Cashback confirmed in July 25 - so I've been waiting over 6 months now. I no longer seem to be able to raise a ticket with TCB who have previously said they were aware of the issue and continuing to chase. Very disappointed

	couldn't register at all after purchase couldn't register new customer on the laptop (while the website was working fine on the phone) so pretty sure won't get cashback...

	No Cashback I never received a cashback from this retailer inspite showing on the topcash back website. I was suppose to get paid approx £196/ cashback it got declined. My holidays went very well no issues in that but listing love holidays on topcashback website is misleading people. I think topcashback need to take them off from their list.

	Poor quality holiday company not worth anyones time or money. I usually don’t complain, but my booking was incorrect. It’s odd that I received a twin double room for my partner and me. Additionally, I have yet to receive the cashback I was promised, despite it being over a year since I initially requested it. Although my cashback was rejected and then reconfirmed more than six months ago, I still haven't seen any resolution. It seems that the company doesn’t really care about the negative feedback here. Don’t be surprised if you find that for a £2,000 holiday claim for cashback is denied. I truly do not recommend this company, and the reviews support this sentiment.

	Load of cack Refuse cash back that should be payable, Topcashback aren’t bothered and side with merchant with a shoddy excuse. Don’t see the point in advertising a company on a cashback website if they just refuse it? The sense is not sensing. Wouldn’t waste your time, use a different website that will honour what they are offering and give them your hard earned money instead. Will never use this greedy company again.

	Appears to be a scam from other reviews Booked through them as they were on this app and made it cheaper than the others. Ended up the dearest now. Return flight wasn't a retrn flight either and to the wrong location so had to pay to amend this whilst on holiday also

	Too slow Booked a holiday in June and went in the July. Still nothing from company even though confirmed. I’m not sure TC should be promoting as it’s seems unlikely it will pay from the reviews.

	Declined Cashback Like many others I have had my cashback declined with no explanation. We went on holiday early in July and not long after returning the cashback was declined. I have raised it with TCB but heard nothing back. It was due to be £310 which is a considerable sum. I have found that there are several purchases recently through TCB where cashback is declined with no reason. Perhaps companies are relying on the fact that people are purchasing from them in belief they will receive cashback where in fact they have no intention of paying out but they get the sale in any case.

	Cashback Declined and No Response from Loveholidays Claim I booked a flight + hotel package with Loveholidays through TopCashback, following every term — no voucher codes, no comparison sites, and the booking completed in one session. Despite that, my cashback was declined without any proper explanation. I submitted a missing cashback claim in July, and now it’s November with still no response or resolution. It’s disappointing that when a retailer fails to deliver, customers are left waiting months without clear communication. I haven’t lost confidence in TopCashback itself — I’ve had good experiences in the past — but I do think they should review or reconsider partnerships with companies that repeatedly fail to honour valid cashback claims. It would make the platform more trustworthy and fair for everyone.
