	SCAM!!!! No cash back. Spent £3k on holiday and no cash back just disappears and says the seller has declined it for no reason at all.

	Scam company avoid! You'll not get cashback and end up paying more Not only does this company avoid paying cashback by phoning you back (days after an order) to 'confirm' any major purchases, thereby invalidating the online-only cashback terms, they also increase the price booked four days earlier due to "changes in wholesale market prices" that have only arisen because they did not process the booking when placed. I not only missed out on £400 of cashback but also incurred £600 of additional booking costs by having to rebook through an alternative provider 5 days later - but this was still less than the £1200 I would have been worse off in additional booking charges and lost cashback had I proceeded with my LoveHolidays revised booking.

	Tracked but well overdue Site says cash back payable after 12 weeks, but has been well over that. Holiday paid in full but cash back has been at confirmed status for months. Will avoid in future.

	Inflated Price through TCB Did a search for a holiday with and without going through topcashback and would you belive it? The TopCashback price was more by enough to cover taking the cashback off and LoveHoliday still getting the same amount. Would have thought TCB would have a policy on this to stop merchants doing it?

	Easy holiday, fair price This was so easy to book with airport parking included and the Cashback was paid as soon as we got home. Brilliant communication would use again.

	Cashback Declined for NO REASON Spent over £4k on a holiday and the cashback was declined for no reason after we returned. No way of asking or getting any come back.

	As advertised Quite quick payout- 1 month to pay out and correct amount advertised received (in this case around £100). Last time I booked a holiday it took over a year to receive payout so this was great in comparison!

	NO CASHBACK Why say you're going to give cash back, and then decline it after the holiday? Like others have said on the reviews, TCB need to drop this company from their website. Scammers.

	Purchase not tracked and no response recieved back I wish i had read the reviews and booked through Expedia . Booked a holiday in January 25 returned in April 25 - still no update on this claim and in fact it looks like its disappeared from my page. The purchase wasn't tracked from the get go even though I booked directly via TCB and the click was tracked. They owe me over £300 on my purchase, I will never use them again.

	Didn't receive cashback and can't make a claim as over time My purchase tracked and was made at the end of September 24 and after speaking to friends they said this type of cashback is normally paid when you return from your trip(returned 6th May 25). I feel cheated that I can't even open a claim as purchase was over 180 days ago.doesnt seem fair and it should be taken off topcash back. Not happy after looking at reviews,it looks like it's common practice

	Don't rely on cashback from this company Have booked holidays with loveholidays a couple of times over the last few years and have never received a penny in cashback. TCB need to review and remove this company if they have a consistent track record of not paying out, otherwise what is the point in keeping them on the site. Would be good to see the stats on what percentage of clicks they pay out on as I feel it is very low...either honour genuine purchases or be removed from TCB.

	expect a long delay cashback didn't track, claim submitted. its taken almost a year for the cashback to turn to confirmed, not the 8 weeks its claimed

	Welcome Cashback, after big spend It was great to receive cashback for the love holidays booking. When you have to spend big on holidays, during the half term, it was great to receive a decent amount of cash back, this covered my taxi to and from the airport.... Took a while to come through, but came in the end... Love holidays, was great and did everything, in a reasonable price, compared to others at the time.

	Poor quality holiday company not worth anyones time or money. Got my order wrong with hotel, and cashback declined after the holiday. Now no longer on top cashback, presume they declined everyone would never use holiday company again.

	Declined Cashback, and now notice they h ave left Topcashback!! I booked my holiday with them, and should have received over £66. I am really annoyed that they have now declined my cashback, not had this issue with other holiday companies on here that I have booked with. Reading other reviews on here it seems that none of them tracked, which would suggest a problem with the company, rather than an individual doing something wrong. I also note that this company is no longer on Topcashback, which speaks volumes. I very much hope that Topcashback take this matter further and honour the cashback too. I would never have booked with this company had I seen the poor reviews on here and on other online review sites. Rogue company, and I would never use again.!
