While the London Dungeon reviews on our site highlight a problem with cashback being declined, you’ll find plenty of positive feedback if you head on over to TripAdvisor. One delighted visitor in 2019 said: “From start to finish, it was great. The guides/actors were wonderful and each scene was really brought to life with just the right amount of scares. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting London.” Other London Dungeon review feedback has been posted by people who clearly loved their experience. Some examples of the positive comments you’ll find include “the actors are great, the location and effects are excellent — not too scary” and “fantastic afternoon spent here, great cast, a real slick operation. An interesting walk through some of Britain’s darkest past”. Another happy visitor said: “It was a bit of fun, a bit gory, not meant to be really scary and we did get some mild shocks and scares. The actors were all entertaining and seemed to be enjoying themselves too.”
