Will not honour cashback
Liberty advertises 15% discount for new customers on TopCashback, but does not honour it and will decline the cashback. Initially claiming "partially fulfilled" (false), then "promo/voucher not advertised" (also false).
TopCashback claim process taking forever and siding with the merchant, without looking at whether the merchant is abusive.
Still waiting for a final answer from TCB before taking this to Trading Standards and ASA
