The Just Eat app is a great way to order your favourite food from takeaways in your area. Judging by the Just Eat reviews you’ll find below, the vast majority of TopCashback members love the fact they can earn cashback with us when doing so, with one saying: “Quick payout. 	Really bad service from Just Eat last night. Items missing from my order and they couldn't care less, but happy to take their 'Service Fee'. Poor business model. Won't use again, like many on here it would appear. From now on I will always call the takeaway directly.

	do i need to give 1 star ? is there option for 0 stars. total waste of time. Always give false information. waiting for more than 3 month still no clue when i will get cashback. Write on your website everywhere that it will take upto 1 year for cashback to become payable.

	Did not pay correct cashback amount as I was a new customer registration only gave me existing customer cashback. Put in a claim for correct amount, will wait and see what happens.

	Would give no stars if I could, order was missing items but although they charged me for missing items because they erroneously did not put them on the order to the restaurant there is absolutely NO WAY of getting a refund so they've pocketed £5 odd, chat were also absolutely useless and did not want to know, will never use again - AVOID if you do not want to be charged for items you do not get

	Three declines so three 1* reviews - the cashback is so small it's not worth raising a claim for, plus just think how many 50ps they make every day for each order, I am sure the restaurants are paying Just Eat enough already. I now usually go to the restaurant directly as many have websites you can order through.

	I have 4 outstanding claims for cashback dating back to 3rd Nov. Despite their 'faster paying' claim all mine are still pending! One of them from Dec has a £2.50 bonus which cannot be paid until the cashback is payable. Not worth the hassle so wouldn't recommend just eat and won't be using anymore.
