John Lewis offers low cashback rate, and it takes more than 3 months to get cash back. Other retailers much quicker.

Don't waste your time. You wont get cashback. Spent £900 with them on Household and contents insurance. Refused toi pay out despite repeated claims. No reason given just take your money and run

Had 4% cashback due on a £2k purchase..£80. Declined after investigating…despite being tracked. Obviously all the small purchases…no problem! 50p, £1 or £2. I don’t bother anymore.

What is the point of being on here. They want the advertising, but they don’t want to pay out. I always have to submit a missing claim. They should either pay up or don’t be on this site. My rating is based on the tracking, not on them as a retailer as they sell some very nice things and I buy a lot from them

Cashback not paid
As many other people have noted, John Lewis do not seem to honour cashback consistently and don't give any feedback as to why that is. I claimed against their cashback for Apple products (so a big ticket item), followed their instructions, checked T&Cs with TopCashback team, everything tracked fine on here and then, after months of waiting – declined. Don't bother! If I could give 0 stars I would.
