John Lewis Pet Insurance offers six levels of vet-fee cover, designed to fit your budget and look after what you love.

Our lifetime cover is made to protect your pet for life. Whether they’re dealing with ongoing conditions (like arthritis) or they’ve suffered an unexpected mishap, you can claim up to your chosen vet fee amount. We don’t put limits on how long treatment can last, so they stay protected year on year.

All you need to do is renew your policy with no break in cover. Please note that we don’t provide cover for pre-existing health conditions. Terms, policy limits and exclusions apply.

Cashback cannot be redeemed if you or the insurer cancels the policy within 90 days of your policy start date. All policies are run through extensive validation checks which can take up to 120 days from the policy start date to complete. It can then take up to a further 90 days from the date that your policy has been validated for the cashback to be approved and made payable to your TopCashback account. Cashback will only be paid on valid policies.
Cashback cannot be redeemed if you are an existing customer renewing a policy.
If you have obtained a quote through any other means than TopCashback e.g. a price comparison website, and then purchase through TopCashback
Cashback cannot be redeemed if your application is not fully completed online or is completed over the telephone.
If you have obtained a quote through TopCashback and purchase through any other means e.g. a price comparison website.

Cashback cannot be redeemed if you don’t pay your insurance premium in full, or if paying by Direct Debit your payments are not kept up to date.
Cashback cannot be redeemed if you have previously been a customer of John Lewis Pet Insurance in the last 12 months.
Cashback cannot be redeemed if BACS is not your selected TopCashback method.
