I was able to purchase the camera and lens that I wanted approx £120 cheaper than elsewhere. Best of all was the reserve at shop service - it meant I could pick up the items the next day and not have to get someone to take delivery. Excellent service. Cash back is still pending however 6 weeks later.

the cameras were reserved online for collection in the shop. the order was not passed on to the shop.
very very good price and discounts though and it was quickly sorted out in the shop.
(we weren't the only ones looking for misplaced reserved orders - make sure you take a printout of the order!)

Bought a hady cam - cheapest place on the net for the the model I wanted - 2% cashback for free delivery or 3% if collected in store. Only live around 5 mins walking distance from my local Jessops. So all worked out ok - made a couple of quid for nowt, bought me a beer later in the week. Appeared tracked after around 3 days.
