	Never pays cash back Used Irish Ferries as the cash back made it a good deal. I’ve booked many times and never received cash back once, they always get declined. This retailer should be removed from the site.

	Cashback refused No payout, even when complaint lodged. Not other codes etc used but told my purchase didn't qualify! Stick with other brands who payout (eg dfds paid months before journey due!)

	They do not pay! No cashback given-despite paying in full and travelling on the booked dates. We didn’t use any vouchers to pay-absolutely Xero reason to be declined. Do not book this expecting cashback!

	Exclusion for paying with Tesco vouchers Buried in the exclusions is one for paying (or even part paying) with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. So pay even £1 of the ridiculously high fares with a Clubcard voucher and you'll get no cashback. This is despite Irish Ferries getting the same amount of money regardless of how it's paid. Avoid.

	Avoid this company - truly awful at every turn. Only booked this as the cashback offering made such a difference to the price. The ferry was disgusting and the staff were rude. It was like being in the worst, dirtiest Wetherspoons you've ever seen - but on the sea. Filthy toilets - lousy food offerings on board. Then to top it off, the cashback offer was declined without any reason whatsoever. Awful company.

	It's a scam, they only paid 2% even if you are new customer They declined the 7% cashback and only paid 2% for new customer

	POOR CASHBACK I don't know why TopCashback still have these on here. A year ago they declined the cashback until I contested it and they agreed to a smaller amount. This time they have paid out £6.70 when it should have been about £21 (based on 3.5% of the spend)

	Does not honour its offered cashback Made a purchase as it offered 5% cashback on the day of purchase which was more than Stenaline. It has not honoured that and paid out only 1%. Will certainly avoid travelling with Irish Ferries this Easter and for all future trips. Foolish meanness on their part as I have travelled with them at least twice a year and sometimes 4 times a year for the past decade but their disrespectful failure to honour their cashback has ensured that I will no longer give them business.

	Clearly can't be trusted as company As everyone else has said, they don't payout. I had 4 separate transactions and they didn't payout for any of them. Disappointed Topcashback don't sort this as it's clearly occurring all the time and there should be some consequences surely?!

	As everyone else has said.... They declined 4 separate transactions which had all tracked for no reason. They have no intention of paying out any cashback. Disappointed this is allowed by TCB to be honest.
