I buy cheap compatible ink cartridges from Ink Factory. Occasionally they won't work when put into my Canon printer - that's why they get 4/5. For the cost I don't bother to complain, maybe I should!

despite ordering on 5th October 2010 I am still waiting for cashback to be paid.
There are so many firms that offer what this company does so why use one that is so slow in paying out?

No cashback after one month, have had to lodge a claim. Seems to happen to quite a few people! Don't think I will be using again as many ink companies out there offering either better prices or better cashback.

Very easy to browse their website and order the product I wanted. I received an automated confirmation email immediately after purchase. It took 6 days before I received the product but it was posted by first class post and securely wrapped. The cashback appeared in my account after approx 24 hours. Recommended.
