Have now passed the 30 week mark and cashback is still pending. Original estimate was 8 weeks. Can't fault the actual Hyperoptic service, but at this point I wish I'd chosen any other of half a dozen different offers.

Extremely long wait for payout Purchased the 1gb broadband in Feb 2026, and finally got pay out in mid August 2026. Although, the first 3 months were free. Maybe, that caused an issue down the line.

16 weeks passed . Still pending! Cashback rules States 8 weeks to payout, however I placed my order 16 weeks ago still says pending.. I worry they show you inflated offers and cashbacks but will never pay you...
