What will stop me getting cashback?
- Table bookings are not eligible for cashback.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Cashback will be paid on completion of stay, not booking date
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- All transaction claims must be submitted before your stay date.
- When making a claim you will need to provide the Hotel Name/Location and Check Out Date.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
