At least I got it, but this was since August 2016! Actual company were terrible to deal with too when messing up our bookings! Nothing wrong with Topcashback just Hoppa's service!

Disappointed so far. Hoppa have great site, easy to navigate and good service at destination. However, I have been waiting since 1 Jul 2016 for my cashback to become payable. Despite several queries no further forward.

Worked out more expensive WITH cashback than jumping in a taxi at the airport! Sat for an hour waiting to get picked up. Not for me, next time i will get a airport taxi.

This is my 3rd time with Hoppa through TCB, forst time tracked as normal, 2nd time i had to submit a missing cashback claim which is still being dealt with, third time again failed to track and am just about to submit another missing cashback claim! so not a very reliable merchant regarding cashback

The old ResortHoppa website was great but the new Hoppa one has poor functionality and rarely recognises destinations. I've given up trying on several occasions.

Failed to track
3 months on, did everything correctly, but no track of the promised cashback. The taxi hire in LA was chaotic to say the least, but it did happen, so Hoppa need to pay up. TCB say that claims against Hoppa often take Months to resolve- interesting reading given the synopsis that they provide about this retailer!

Don't use Hoppa! Deceiving service in Canary Islands transfer
My booking was made from and to my hotel door, as advertised on hoppa's website. However we weren't left in front of the hotel, but in a place with stairs, which was definitely not what we had booked. We were not informed of the different location until we were dropped off. I was travelling with a baby 1Y and a toddler 3Y, and I was not able to go down the stairs with the stroller and the suitcases. Also, we were travelling with elderly people with difficulties walking/going down/up the stairs. When we arrived at this place we asked the driver to leave us closer, however he denied us that. And was quite rude. As soon as we realized that the pick up wouldn't be possible in front of the hotel we contacted Hoppa to cancel it. However hoppa didn't accept the cancelation and didn't refund us. We were deceived by Hopa regarding the drop off/pick up place.

I used this company in December 2019 and I am still waiting for my cashback. They also failed to provide the taxi service I purchased and had to send an Uber ad a replacement. Very disappointed and will not use again.
