Cashback has tracked but not paid yet after 4 months waiting, not very hopeful of getting my £75 now, bear this in mind if cashback is the deciding factor before taking out the cover... i have used the cover and the service was good if a little hurried.

Service from home serve was good but didn't get the cashback as promised, which is a shame because only worked out to be a good price if you got the cashback.

STILL WAITING FOR CASHBACK AFTER 6 MONTHS....homeserve are fine as a cover provider , they did the promised boiler check and service promptly and efficiently but without the cashback their deal is not as good as TOPCASHBACK lead you to believe. No problem with Homeserve just TOPCASHBACK's inability to pay up!

I have only just requested a Boiler Cover cover and annual boiler inspection with Homeserve. I don't yet know if I will recieve the promised cash back amount but it appears to be working OK so far. I had a bit of trouble working out the BACS payment method to get my cashback but here's hoping it works.

There are other companies that offer a comparable service, but with the £70 cashback taken into account this works out much cheaper for a minor reduction in quality and level of service.

Yet to get policy documents and email requesting that I contact merchant was generated in error - so wasted time & effort there; also payment for policy was taken in one go (not my intention), so I'd advise caution when you come to pay!

Complete shambles
Homeserve accept that the purchace was made through TCB, and it was for an eligible product according to TCB, but Homeserve refuse to pay the cashback claiming that the product purchased was not eligible! Be warned!

WRONG CASHBACK amount given and not responding to my query in time
When I purchased 2 Top Tier policy on Homeserve's website ie, Heating Plumbing and Electrics Plus, going via Topcashback, the offer was gbp63.75 I have been credited only gbp46.75 on each policy. I have tried to nudge Topcashback on this error from the start off when I first noticed it after the purchase, but they wanted to wait for Homeserve to make the payment as they said it will sort itself out when payment comes thru. Well, it is not sorted itself, and now you are asking me where I saw the 63.75 offer. Well, I have not got a copy of that offer, but surely you should know what you are advertising at a particular time frame. Disgusted and not happy with the way TOPCASHBACK works, because one has to wait weeks and months on end before any payment comes thru and errors are difficult to then prove. I have made contact with the Customer Service team and am putting this negative feedback since then.
