Quick to track on this occasion (although still waiting for a purchase in March to track). It takes a couple of days for a delivery date to be provided but overall happy with the service so far.

Cashback appeared quickly, shame about the delivery, still waiting 100 days later. Customer Services don't seem to be working on the same system as the warehouse stocking system. Don't really have any information when you phone up to chase your order up, time after time.

Ordered bedroom furniture on the 25th April 09, and still waiting for delivery 63 days later. Really disappointed now, at the point of ordering the items were delivery within 10 days, invoice then showed up to 35 days, this date came and passed. Spoke to customer services this morning, now they are saying they will contact us again on the 11th of July. Pathetic service. Talking to people at work who have had similiar experiences, Homebase are quickly getting themselves a pretty poor reputation.
