Homebase failed to issue the routine confirmation of order email, (sent once you have paid) even though immediate payment was taken and cleared.
When they finally found my order, I missed out on the possible cashback.

Tracked fairly quickly. I wasn't impressed by the courier who left one item outside without a signature. I don't think this is homebase's fault, prob used contracter for delivery service.
