A waste of time: Ordered a new Hygena kitchen, individual units, website indicated a 5 day delivery, but in the confirmation email some items were a 21 day delivery ..... having already thrown out my old kitchen. Argos/Homebase did not update me whatsover over the next 2.5 weeks and, eventually, forcing the issue with them they admitted that, from the order date, it would be at least 3 months before they may be able to deliver ..... meanwhile they're continuing to advertise and promote these very same kitchen ranges. And the cashback didn't track and, having spent £662, they only awarded Nectar points for a £500 purchase!

Disgraceful! Still waiting for my delivery 5 months later and because its part of a set, I cannot cancel it. Cashback is also disgraceful the length of time it has taken to payout. All in all would not recommend this retail to anyone.

Quick to track but extremely poor to payout. My transaction from 27th December 2009 was tracked very quickly but here, 4 months later and now onto my 2nd enquiry I still have not received a penny. My advise? Don't hold your breath!

It tracked really quickly which is more than I can say for the goods. Order was submitted more than 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for it to be delivered. Should be 7 oclock tomorrow morning. Will wait and see!

Homebase should have paid up by now and 2 months overdue. Plus they haven't delivered all my furniture even though bought and paid for in December 2009. Slow payers like their delivery. Will take my business elsewhere next time.

Very poor experiance here. Never tracked and unsuccesful claim, taking 1 year (march 09) before TCB finally replied to my message. I think they just ignore nudges on claims, Beware!
