Disabled rights not followed
I was treated via holiday extras with no compassion over a disability issue they did not follow the law with making reasonable adjustment with help I needed at airport lounge

if we're talking Cashback "very Bad experience"
submitted claim 31/05/2024, still waiting
though in fairness ,ignoring cashback,
they were still the cheapest by Far.
don't know how good they'd be at paying claims though

Definitely good at NOT paying CASHBACK
Had to lodge a claim and almost six months on not a dickie bird. It maybe have over 40 years experience but customer service obviously means nothing. Do yourself a favour and avoid
