Did not track for me so I made a missing payment claim and have now been allocated the cashback! this time the cashback is a bonus as I negotiated a price for my blinds based on 'no cashback' as mentioned in previous reviews. The system seems to have worked for me and the blinds are good quality and fitted well. I would use them again but push for a good price and then the cashback is a bonus....

This is the second blind I have ordered from this company. I am pleased with the product hence why I ordered another one. However, on neither occasion did the cashback track. I submitted a missing claim and nudged it but still nothing. This is disappointing but I cannot fault the products bought.

Since clicking through in January and purchasing the shutters which were installed in May, I've still not received my cashback in November, despite several emails and complaints. Can't fault the product but the cashback is a disaster.

Filed a missing cashback transaction per intructions. I received cashback about 5 months later. Good quality blinds and good fitting service. Will use them again!

Blinds are excellent and appreciated the professionalism of the salesman. Cashback was a disaster. Submitted missing cashback claim as required but after a year of nudging and getting nowhere I contacted TopCashback. Another 9 months passed with nudges and Top Cashback attempting to get a result for me. Finally the claim was declined as I had 'cancelled the order' according to Hillarys. I contacted TopCashback again and sent them the receipt, they agreed to have another go at getting payment. Four months later this was declined 'because of the amount of time that has passed'. Obviously cashback is never guaranteed and TopCashback did everything they could to help but Hillarys have not covered themselves in glory with this and while I will use them again because the blinds are great I will definitely only do so if I have no choice because of the way they have behaved over this.

Blinds are good and sales process went smotthly. Cashback did not work, submitted missing cashback claim but after 18months, several nudges and an investigation from Top Cashback I fially received information that my claim was denied as I 'cancelled the order', even though I sent the receipt number. I doubt there is anything to be done but was very disappointed with HIllary's over this.

The blinds are good quality, just what we wanted. The service was good, the salesman excellent, helpful and not pushy. The fitting was speedy and efficient. I can definitely recommend our experience with the company and the goods. The cashback, however, is a waste of time. We followed the instructions but a year later we have no cashback and from the other reviews it seems unlikely that we will get any. I do think that Top Cashback should take some action with regard to this as I get the impression that the company have no intention at all of paying any cashback and are just using their presence on the site to get customers.

Spent around £1,700 in September 2012 and February 2013 expecting about £133.00 in cashback. It was never given. Of both claims made...only one was returned with a... "I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached has been provided but we would like to provide some possible reasons…" Going by the reviews before I went ahead and purchased my blinds, I was expecting this to happen...but still...pretty underhanded way to get customers. Ultimately, the blinds were the best priced ones I found...the service...was okay...so overall not to down about it all. By the way...play hardball with the sales people...they'll either succumb so easy that you'll wish you asked for more of a discount...or try and say no...but eventually give in and give you what you asked for. Another reviewer mentioned he didn't like this kind of seller...but seriously...so long as the end product is fine...and you get your discount...are you really going to complain?

I am still waiting for £105 cash back after 15 months, for shutters I have had fitted from this firm - despite numerous phone calls and emails. Avoid at your peril ordering your blinds and shutters from this company through this site as I don't think the department at Hillarys has a clue. Unfortunately, they are still saying on the site up to 8.08% off....I think not!

I have ordered many blinds from Hillarys and they have been competitively priced and of good quality. Unfortunately the cashback takes for ever and they declined 2 of my claims with no reason which TC are continuing to chase for me. 7 months on and I'm still waiting for the cashback!

Never received cashback for this merchant - placed order in April and it is now August. Click was tracked but had to lodge claim for cashback, have sent numerous nudges but status is still 'Waiting for merchant'.

Blinds were ordered in jan 2012. Order wasn't tracked so submitted missing claim in feb 2012. It was eventually declined after 1 year with no explanation although i had submitted proof with order number, product ordered, etc. it seems Hillarys Blinds is using TCB as their own marketing tool to recruit customers with no intention to pay incentive to anyone! I won't be using them again and hope TCB deletes them from their website so they get less complaints!

Failed to track and, having put in a claim, the merchant has refused to pay cashback. To add insult to injury the blinds themselves aren't even very good quality. Would not use again & would advise others to avoid.

Followed the rules by booking an appointment via TCB and it correctly tracked as £0.00 for the appointment. Once order was placed (£250 worth) was delivered and installed I filled in the missing claim as directed by TCB. All details were provided. I had to nudge a couple of times, and then the tracked £0.00 became a "payable" £0:00. I queried with TCB and was told that Hillarys declined to pay the cashback with out explanation. Additionally the blind was delivered without the chrome accessories on the strings. I've contacted the rep twice and they still have not been provided. I would not use this company again. They are pricey, and if they dont cough up the cashback then where's the benefit!?

I had someone come round to measure up during the 50% sale. The guy was VERY slippery and was not happy telling me what was on offer at 50%. The price he quoted was 'picked out of the air' a total 'guess'timate. I doubted the price quoted was the base best price and I got an extra £100 off just by asking for a further discount. I don't like this sales technique its underhand. When the blinbds came he could not get them to fit properly and there were lots of gaps. He told me the gap is normal (Its not). On top of that my cashback is still at £0.

Excellent quality blinds but poor overall service (blinds still not fitted after 3 months from sale date). You have to do all the chasing as the Customer, which is just wrong. And don't even bother considering the cashack. I have used Hillary's for 3 spearate orders and tried for cashack each time but never got a penny. Topcashback should remove the Merchant form the site as they clearly do not want to pay the Cashback incentive, so Customers should not be misled. I gave Cashack service one star but only ecause there was not a zero rating (zero = no vote). Next time I will be trying John Lewis.

If only I had read the reviews before putting my trust in the company. Having spent over £2500, the cashback incentive was a plus point to use their company. But despite nudges (topcashback have sent me several messages to say they have chased), they will not pay out even though I have met the conditions of the cashback. Poor service so I wouldnt go back to them on the basis of false advertising.

Spent a lot of money on this and my cashback was refused, despite the Missing Cashback Claim. Topcashback should remove companies that lie about cashback! I feel deceived.

Even though I'm satisfied with the product purchased, I have two major issues with this merchant: 1. The quoted price was ridiculously high. Had to do lots of negotiating and managed to halve it. 2. Did not receive cashback even after submitting a claim, reference numbers, receipts. I think TopCashback should remove this merchant from the list, as from what I can see, a lot of people have had the same experience, and it can be misleading.
