Claims are sent over to the network in batches, and we send these over every few weeks.
If your claim shows as ‘Ready to Submit’, please don’t worry, you’ll get a message when yours is sent.
Some retailers use different networks, and each network will process claims in their own way. Some networks will process claims quicker, and some networks will send more claims within each batch. This is why at times an older claim may be sent before a newer one.
