Why are some of my earnings not reserved for the annual deduction?

If you are a Plus Member we take £5 for Plus Membership from your earnings, but not all payable earnings are counted towards this. Transactions made before you were a Plus Member or during your trial aren't included at all, so the only transactions which count towards the payment for yourself would be those after the trial period expired. When those transactions become payable, we prevent you from requesting them, until they add up to £5. We then take them from your account as a deduction from your cashback. You will be able to see a breakdown on your account of when the £5 has been deducted from your earnings, and once it has been paid, it will not be deducted from your earnings again until the following year of your Plus membership. If you do not make a payout throughout a whole year of Plus membership, then the deduction for that year will be carried over and combined with the deduction that you owe for the following year.

If you require any further information in relation to this however then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via a support ticket and we would be happy to help.
