What are the different membership levels?
There are two membership levels: Plus and Classic.
- - Plus Membership: You’re automatically signed up when you create an account, as mentioned in your welcome email. It includes extra features and benefits compared to Classic. £5 is deducted from your cashback earnings each year.
- - Classic Membership: This is free with no charges, but it doesn’t include the extra features of Plus.
How do I change my membership?
Classic members: Log in, Select account, then choose My Profile. Go to Membership details to upgrade your membership.
Plus members: Follow the same steps and select Downgrade to Classic Membership if you'd like to switch.
If you're already logged in, you can view your membership details by clicking here.
How is the £5 annual deduction for Plus members taken?
When you have cashback and want to payout, the £5 is deducted first. After that, payouts carry on as normal for the rest of the year. If you don’t pay out in a year, the £5 rolls over and is added to the next year’s deduction.
How to know if the £5 deduction has been taken from my cashback?
At payout, you’ll see the £5 taken from your cashback. You can also check your Payout History to see when this year’s £5 was taken, and view your Membership Details to see when next year’s is due.
What happens if I don't earn £5 in cashback in a year as a plus member?
If you don’t earn any cashback and have £0 in your earnings, nothing is deducted that year. Ifyou earn between £0.01 and £4.99, that amount carries over to the next year’s deduction. For example, if you earn £2 in your first year, you’ll need to reach £7 in cashback the next year to cover both the current year and the year prior.
How is my Plus cashback bonus added?
Your Plus bonus is included in the cashback rates you see. After a purchase, it shows as a higher rate on your Earnings page. Click the "+" by the cashback amount and next to "Top Up Amount" you'll see your bonus.
