What is Biometric Authentication on the mobile app?

We have added biometric authentication to our app. This lets you access our secure pages (e.g. Payout, Customer Service, etc.) faster using your face or fingerprint.
To turn it on, visit the Settings & Terms page on the app and switch on Biometric Authentication. Your device may show extra steps, but you'll be prompted to follow these.

Which operating systems allow Biometric Authentication on the mobile app?

On IOS, this works with Face ID or Touch ID. On Android phones, most use fingerprint login. Some also work with Face ID.

What are the security implications of Biometric Authentication on the mobile app?

We don't store your face or fingerprint data. When you turn on biometric login, your device makes a unique code. This code stays on your device and is never shared with us. It helps confirm who you are when you open secure pages in our app.

Our app uses your device’s fingerprint or Face ID to help you access pages quickly and securely.
