What if I am required to complete my transaction over the telephone?

At times, a purchase can't be completed online for a number of reasons. If so, it won't be eligible for cashback as this limits tracking, and we rely on this in order to pass you the funds.

This won't apply with TopCashback Compare Insurance. You would complete your quote through the site and if a number is showing for you to call, then you can complete your purchase over the phone and provide the quote details.

If you can purchase over the phone, this will be clearly stated on their page before you click through.
