Select 'Get a Quote' on this page and you'll be taken to the comparison panel where you can search for the manufacturer, device or switch to show you SIMO deals. You can compare different features and prices from our providers and once you've selected the device or SIMO deal you'd like to purchase you would need to select the 'Visit now' button which will take you through to the provider website. You can continue to purchase your chosen package as normal and your cashback will appear in your TopCashback earnings.

Your cashback should show within your TopCashback account within 7 days from your purchase date, if nothing has appeared within your account after 7 days please get in touch via a claim. Once your cashback has appeared in your earnings it can take upto 120 days to be approved. Once your cashback has been approved, your cashback should be added to your available balance within 5 working days.

No, you still pay the same price, either in one go, or by monthly payments. Your cashback will then be added to your TopCashback earnings and you can withdraw it once it has been added to your available balance.

No, unfortunately for our Mobile Comparison everything must be completed on-line and after clicking from our comparison panel. If you've made a purchase without clicking through our comparison we will not be able to provide any cashback.
