How do I transfer money to Reward Wallet?
When your cashback is available to withdraw, you can choose to move your cashback to Reward Wallet. This gives you access to lots of different gift cards, including exclusive top ups that we'll add to your payout requests.
Why do I need to move my cashback to Reward Wallet?
You need to transfer your cashback to Reward Wallet so you can split it up in a way that works for you.
What are the benefits of Reward Wallet?
One of the main benefits of Reward Wallet is that you can payout your cashback in any amount you like (depending on the gift card).
With Reward Wallet you can make your cashback go even further with a range of top up bonuses when you payout as gift cards.
Can I remove money from my Reward Wallet?
Yes. If you haven't requested any gift cards yet, our Customer Service team can help you move the money back. Just raise a support ticket and select the category 'Question about a payment'.
How long does it take to receive my voucher payout on Reward Wallet?
You should normally receive your gift card by the end of the day after you request it.
Where do I find my vouchers that I’ve requested through Reward Wallet?
You can find any vouchers you previously requested here.
You can also find them by viewing your Reward Wallet and clicking the 'Gift & Prepaid Card payouts' tab.
If I click on my gift card, will it be automatically marked as spent?
Once you click on your gift card it won't mark your card as spent automatically. If you would like to mark a card as spent you can click back onto the Gift & Prepaid Card Payouts page after viewing a voucher, and click on 'Mark as spent'.
What is the difference between Reward Wallet and TopGiftCards?
Reward Wallet is where you can payout your cashback as gift cards, while TopGiftCards is where you can buy gift cards. You can find our FAQs for TopGiftCards here.
Can I access Reward Wallet on the app?
You can! Please follow the steps below:
- Tap 'More' in the bottom right corner.
- Select 'My Account', then 'Reward Wallet'.
- Log in using biometrics, or enter your email and password.
- Finally, choose 'Overview' at the top, then 'My Gifts and Prepaid Cards'
